A sought-after educator, Eddie is Artistic Director at theConservatory of Music of Puerto Ricowhere he
has been professor and artist-in-residence since 2005. He has been artist-in-residence and associate professor of jazz double bass at theOberlin Conservatory of Music and recently was resident artist at StanfordUniversity, North Texas State University, GeorgiaState University, JacksonvilleUniversity, and theprestigious Berklee College of Music. In Europe, he has been artist in residence at the Conservatory
of Music in Siena, Italyand at the Conservatorio Liceu in Barcelona, Spain. He gives master classes at
many of themajor universities and conservatories throughout theUnited States, Europe, Japan
